Zamouri Spices Return Policy?

The return policy for Zamouri Spices is as follows:

Returns are accepted for exchange or refund within 7 calendar days after delivery of the product.
After 7 calendar days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the sole discretion of the company.
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by the company, it will qualify for store credit or a refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received by the company.
Ceramic tagines, tangias, & braziers (majmars) must be returned in their original packaging.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the seller is not at fault.

To return an item, the original sales receipt must accompany the return. A Return Authorization number is required for all returns, which can be obtained by calling 913-829-5988 or emailing info@zamourispices.com. Refunds will not be honored without this number.

Please note that items returned to the store after 7 days without contacting the store will not be refunded.
